- Developed a 1,600 acre project in Fortaleza with a total of 50,000 residences, 40 commercial projects and a 610,000 sq ft shopping center, leading teams of architects and engineers from Brazil, India and USA.- Negotiated with government, municipality, and contractors to construct the largest residential project in Brazil for low-income population.
