• Investigates complaints of alleged violations of Florida Statutes and Board Rules involving professions under the jurisdiction of the Department. Investigations include interviewing source, subject and appropriate witnesses. • Reviews court records and other essential documents, conducts audits and inspections, prepares and serves subpoenas, administrative complaints, notices to cease and desist and issues citations.• Prepares comprehensive chronological reports of final, supplemental and probation reports within the guidelines of ISU’s quality control matrix.
