Royal Estates Property Management was initially established as a company that managed several multi-family properties in the Boston area. As our portfolio of properties grew, the company expanded into development of properties. We focus heavily on buying and renovating distressed properties. Upon completion of the renovations, the properties are listed for sale. The process is widely known as “flipping houses”. We also provide property management services in the Boston area and selectively operate as a general contractor.
