Current*Principal-general administrative Duties; Accounts Receivables & Payable's, Quickbooks, Microsoft suite, Marketing, Digital Backups, State requirements for incorporation* Meet all perspective clientele to discuss project goals, construction costs & city/county requirements* Develop Client Proposals & Contracts* Project Research* Schematic Design* Clientele Meetings* Implementation of all architectural plans to CAD (ArchiCAD)* 3D Modeling* Public Hearings (Design Review Boards, Planning Commission)* Implementation & design of all structural elements* Coordination with all 3rd party professionals, i.e structural engineers,civil engineers,etc* Review of final plans with clientele* Review & Modifications of all plan check comments* Project Management
