Designing: Design and create test conditions and scripts to address business and technical use cases. Manual: Has confidence to run and add new scripts to the Manual regression packs independently. Reporting: Clear reporting of the testing status through test execution. Maintenance: Maintenance of testing script checklist to ensure this is consistent with new or changed functionality as part of a software release to support the testing activity. Test Data: Identifies/creates data for different testing phases. Mentor: Mentors or trains juniors and mid-level QA Engineers. Providing Help: Assists Principal QA Engineers with the development of new frameworks. Defect Tracking: Document, track and escalate issues as appropriate, using JIRA or similar tools/means.
