• Won a prestigious High Performance Award for a project to create a working relationship between Britvic and Walkers.• Responsible for increasing distribution and rate of sale of core Britvic brands within independent retailers under fascia groups across the North and East London area; • Uncovered and managed multiple multi site operators as key accounts; and•Regular presentations on best practice techniques to the regional and national team and presentations on the benefits of working with Britvic to independent retailer consortium meetings.

• Responsible for the temporary business nationwide and the permanent business for the North of England, Wales and Scotland, increasing the annual turnover of my desk by over 200% and managed two consultants and two resourcers below me;• Basic team target of 12k with maximum commission paid for revenue above 18k per month, which we consistently achieved, with a record month of 23k. • Successfully developed and generated business in areas and regions previously untapped by the company; • Secured and managed highly profitable new contracts with clients including, but not limited to, Sodexo, Aspire Hospitality, Mitchells & Butler, Sheffield International Venues, University of Sheffield, Cedar Court Hotels, Sheffield United FC and Sheffield Wednesday FC; and• Completed an intensive Mike Walmsley training course through live webinars and DVD set.
