I am a highly motivated and dedicated professional with advanced skills in data science, mathematics, statistics, and economics. I recently completed a MS in Statistics & Data Science and also have a BS in Mathematics with minors in Economics and Spanish from the University of Arizona.I am looking for opportunities to apply my mathematical and statistical skills across multiple disciplines. I have always loved math, and my passion is finding a way to apply it to real life. My skills would promote sound decision making by providing detailed analysis of company objectives, its business environment, and progress toward future goals. Because mathematics can be used across every discipline, my skills allow me to convey the proper interpretations of the data to any audience or operation.My time as an Actuarial Analyst, a probability/statistics data-driven position, has developed my skill in working with and transforming complex data. I have experience in analyzing said data, and creating understandable presentations and clear graphics to convey the information in an easily understood manner. In this job, I am comfortable with deadlines, large datasets and workloads, and developed the time management skills needed to engage in multiple projects at once. This position also taught me the importance of data quality, and its pertinence to a project's outcome.My goal is to use my advanced statistics and interpersonal skills to solve problems and to help others develop a better understanding of their data.
