Currently working in the residential scaffold industry as a labour supply business. Focus is on quality control, team member training and engagement, client retention, and working with scaffold suppliers on developing safe and compliant solutions to client height safety needs/requirements.

Engaged by J Scaffold to be in their employ under a lead hand role whilst their company was working within the residential scaffold sector. When the company expanded to commercial scaffold projects, was assigned to a supervisory role, with responsibilities regarding crew allocation, component lists, client liaison, site-related paperwork sign-off, and delegation of tasks to crew members.

Employed as a site coordinator/leading hand. Duties included working with the director to organise crews for jobs, assuming a leading hand role while on-site and delegating tasks to team members, and periodically sales representing (site visits, discussing job requirements with builders, measuring and quoting).

Owner and founder of Tangent Scaffold. Tangent Scaffold was a small scaffold labour business built and modelled around the teams experience in residential scaffold solutions.

Employed as a scaffolder with an intermediate level scaffold licence and advanced to a lead hand role during 2016.Engaged in jobs across the residential, commercial and industrial sectors.

Employed as a skilled labourer on the Geraldton Grain Silos Project in WA and transferred to the Queensland division in 2014. Duties included a range of remediation works and post-tensioning.

Employed as a casual labourer for SRS to assist with grinding mill relines performed on mine-site shutdowns. Received Confined Space and Working at Heights qualifications while employed and duties included operation of pneumatic and hydraulic tools and manual handling.
