* Implement and develop programs for Long Term Care, DAL and E-DAL residents in a variety of settings on and off site.* Identify needs, abilities and desires of all Long Term Care residents through initial MDS assessments as well as recreation assesments.* Keep current on new trends relating to care of the elderly, Alzheimer's and other related conditions of the elderly.*Provide leadership and education to staff of multi site facilities throughout the organization and the delivery of recreation programs.*Maintain a class 4 drivers lisence to drive the facility vehicle for resident outings. * Maintain a participatory and collaborative approach in the planning, implementation and evaluation of recreation therapy programs for seniors.* Coordinate all volunteer activity in the centre. Provide all volunteers to an inter-disciplinary team, controlling all aspects of the volunteer budget, coordinate recruitment, orientations, security clearances and volunteer appreciation events.* Document care, interventions, programs and resident progress through charting.* Develop all written policies and procedures related to volunteer services.*Identify needs, abilities and desires of 120 residents through initial recreation assessment and annual reassesment.* Plan, design and maintain the gift shop. Maitain the budget and volunteers for the gift shop.

* Led and supervised 20 part time staff in the operations of all non aquatic programs for children between the ages of 6-17 years of age.* Human resource management including recruitment, training, motivating and coaching of my staff team.
