Under Dan's leadership, significant change was implemented during his tenure. The main focus of the initiatives have been on improving communications both internally and externally. Internal changes include reorganizing the executive structure by incorporating councils to strengthen collaboration among committes while retaining the culture during transition. External changes include rebranding the association and developing a strong communications and marketing platform to promote continuous improvement.
