I am in charge of P&L and manage the portfolio of HVAC products and services for homes and small businesses that our company provides. Leading a team that specializes in product development and installation, I am responsible for creating and implementing go-to-market strategies. As a product owner, I focus on maximizing EBIT benefits for the company and managing end-to-end processes, from contracting to delivery of final solutions, with an emphasis on customer experience (CX). In HVAC and installation, I focus on defining and maintaining quality KPIs, ensuring the quality of our supplier network including subcontractors, and efficient procurement of hardware and services.
