Operations Lead, Driver
-Supervise the morning operations for an organic coffee delivery and catering service as well as a small cold-brew coffee bottling facility.-Assist with daily dispatch of drivers and coordinate with other departments to resolve any issues.-Assist with scheduling drivers and planning for upcoming events.-Assign different shifts or duties to employees depending on their area of expertise and availability.-Brew coffee and prepped materials for catering orders and provide support to offsite events.-Order food and supplies from vendors and coordinate deliveries and pickups.-Maintain daily logs for deliveries, inventory, production totals and organic lot numbers in Excel and coordinate with supervisors and team members to resolve any discrepancies.-Answer incoming phone calls to the department and respond to emails.-Update sales orders, create invoices and purchase orders in Quickbooks.-Train and coach new drivers and production team members.-Perform maintenance and calibration of equipment when necessary.
