• Leading management with full P&L responsibility for the operational units: Katz GmbH & Co. KG, Germany, Katz Americas, USA, & Katz Quarmby Ltd, UK, totalling 252 employees.
• Design & execution of the full restructure ( „Turn-Around“) of the Katz Group having achieved economic sustainability in accordance with the strategic alignment to the 100% holding company, Koehler Paper Group.
• Created a full marketing division (Bus. Dev, Prod. Mgmt., & MarCom) & program to promote the products & services in a pro-active approach. Designed and installed a total CRM driven system in order to sustain a higher.
• Direct operational management of the sales crew in order to stay “in-tune” with the markets & customers. Thus being able to link cross-border opportunities on an international level.
• Developing new markets/areas of application for the core product wood pulp board throughout the world. Also by refining/adding value to the surfaces of board product addressing the specialized print sector but also for.
