• Actual and Forecast reporting of plant Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow with applicable KPIs. Responsibility for accuracy, analysis and proposing follow up actions.• Leading identifying other financial information such as Standard Costing and Capital Expenditure. • Management team member involved in all matters of plant such as production efficiency improvement, well-being of workforce and other management related matters.

• Lead financial and KPI reporting for plant producing Volvo Trucks and Cabs.• As part of plant management team contribute to plant production goals, vision and status as preferred employer in Kaluga (Russia) region.• Position held in parallel to General Manager of excavator plant.

• Lead the plant to ensure planned and efficient crawler excavator production in Kaluga (Russia).• Reach objectives related to plant and production set towards units, quality, costs, safety, delivery precision, capital tied up and various other KPIs.• Continue increase areas of Volvo Production System reached and applied in the plant.• Develop direct reports and other staff working and running activities according to Volvo Core Values, plus in general logic and business knowledge.

• Leading implementation of plant control and process & systems functions (including various applications/systems supplied by SAP) during project phase of what was to become plant.• Participation and contribution to plant management discussions and decisions during current stage of building up of plant capacity competence and routines.• Actual and Forecast reporting of plant Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet. • As part of management taking part in discussions and decisions connected to dealer, importer and subregional issues/tasks.• Actual and Forecast reporting of entity Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet. Responsibility as manager for accuracy, analysis and proposing follow up actions.• Included among financial areas responsibilities: Product and options price list, price development and fulfillment reporting, cooperation with customer financing providers, working capital management, starting up use of 4C-application for forecast reporting of volumes and financial figures.• Internal control and audit activities.• Leading team of logistic and commercial administration (sales contracts) functions. Main tasks taking care of deliveries and invoicing of imported construction equipment to customers.• Heavily involved in analysis and transition activities during change of entity (transferring dealer business to new dealer covering all Russia) to become pure importer and giving support to subregional dealers.• Overall IS/IT responsibility for entity.
