Projects included the famous Kashagan project where we managed a project portfolio of over 400 personnel on a single site comprising 4 different projects and 4 different clients. Conducted proposals engineering to try and expand business and develop from the success we had attained. Worked as part of a small management team overseeing the entire operations of $70 million operation with more than 450 people at one time.

Day-to-day management of the Angolan based operations, reporting to an Aberdeen Head Office. Directly involved with developing a base infrastructure, to expand the business interests in the Angolan region.Also require to assist various project teams in completing a vast portfolio of current and future projects. Including preparing and approving work procedures, and putting them into practice, while managing of staff on-site, and liasing with the client representatives.
