Nextgen Pastor
Current- Oversee all ministries involving Kids, Youth, and Young Adults.• Engage, equip, and empower the volunteer teams that make the ministry possible.• Adapt curriculum for all ministries that aid in the spiritual formation of kids, youth,and young adults.• Preach and teach in NextGen Ministries.• Intentionally invest in Northwest Ministry Network events and ministries as isappropriate for BNC NextGen ministries.• Lead outreach events that reach the families of our community.• Provide pastoral care and leadership for families and young adults.• Serve visibly in NextGen Ministries, usually Sunday morning Kids, Wednesday nightYouth, and bi-monthly Young Adults.• Serve visibly on Sundays as is appropriate and needed, including preaching.• Behave in line with the expectations outlined in the Staff Handbook and Bylaws.• Assist in other church ministries as time allows and at the direction of the LeadPastor.
