Plans and implements MNTC’s talent acquisition strategy based on goals and needs.Develops talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans to source, assess and hire new talent to meet staffing needs.Partners with hiring managers for a smooth recruitment process, conducting a recruitment strategy session with them and ensuring ongoing communication and timely process management.Builds strong relationships with hiring managers and other internal stakeholders.Maintains up to date candidate status tracking and records in ATS system.Sources active and passive candidates, developing candidate pipelines and pools through research, networking, online channels (social platforms, job boards), databases, referrals and attraction strategiesAttends college and industry specific job fairs and recruitment eventsEstablishes relationships with targeted colleges, key organizations and associations to build awareness and market employment opportunities.Maintains key relationships with college clinical intern programs, developing strategies to attract and hire students from them.Partners with MNTC programs to manage the cycle of recruitment for clinical interns (LADC, LPC, LPCC, LMFT, LPN, RN) and post-internship conversion to full-time positions.Evaluates which sources bring the best candidates and identifies new candidate sourcesReviews resumes, conducts screening interviews, summarizes candidate qualifications, and recommends candidates to hiring managers.Ensures timely and effective communication with candidates regarding their status and next steps in the recruitment process.Assists hiring managers in designing interview questions that reflect a position’s unique requirements

• Partner with clients to determine potential match in offering Agile/Scrum up-skilling, Classes, Workshops, Staffing and/or Assessments• Pull the curtain back on how true Agile/Scrum methodology will yield high ROI for tech across a broad range of industries• Coordinate and stand up solutions based on requirements laid out by clients

• Partner with the Strategic Partnerships Managers and Business Unit Leader to understand our clients and their desired outcomes.• Attend client meetings to define requirements and reinforce York’s delivery model/strategy.• Draft and revise Statements of Work in catering to said requirements laid out by client stakeholders• Develop and propose solutions that align with client’s delivery needs.• Work with other York teams, such as the Technology Solutions Group, to design and implement delivery efforts on behalf of the client.• Determine resource alignment for projects and defined roles needed to satisfy clients needs.• Establish the process and plan for delivering the solution and resources.• Actively manage the delivery process and provide updates during daily standup meetings.• Conduct in-person meetings, Zoom video meetings, and additional screening phone calls to ensure proper resource selection.• Take a continuous improvement and Lesson Learned approach in future projects and delivery opportunities.• Perform senior-level recruiting activities as needed to support client delivery.• Help develop recruiting strategies to ensure coverage and delivery to York’s clients. • Effectively manage and communicate work across the team to make sure the business unit’s priorities are fulfilled on a daily and long-term basis.

• Manage a team of local recruiters primarily focused on Project Based delivery• Act as Delivery Lead as needed for large scale Project/SOW Initiatives ($Multi-million budget) for enterprise level clients, engaging recruiting teams across the country• Network with Subject Matter Experts in target practice areas for future solution-oriented work• Set and lead by example in best-practice full-cycle recruiting• Coordinate/Drive office goals as it relates to individual producers on my team and beyond

• Provide staffing solutions to clients through contract, permanent placement, and group project services by connecting them with the most talented IT professionals in the industry (35-47 placements/year)• Manage and Grow Recruiting team ranging in size (3-6) both local and remote• Build and maintain strong client relationships by thoroughly understanding the needs and expectations of the organization, team and management• Work alongside the client during the entire hiring and employment process from taking the initial requirement through contract/project scope completion• Provide suggestions and recommendations regarding industry trends• Promote client development with prospective clients through office visits, presentations and negotiations• Strive to meet and exceed weekly activity goals including phone calls, client visits, job orders, client interviews and placements• Check with clients on a bi-weekly basis to ensure continued satisfaction with consultant placement and performance• Track vendor agreements and complete accurate invoicing information
