Maths and problem solving have always been passions of mine, and I was able to develop these skills during my Mechanical Engineering degree. This is something that helped me to be successful at university, as well as being hardworking and organised.I am interested in a data analysis job to develop my skills, or a job where I can use my strength in Maths and problem solving.I have recently completed a 12 week data analysis training programme, where I learned new skills such as Python, Tableau and Power BI. I also improved my presentation and public speaking skills with training from a designated communication coach. Following that, I completed a Masters degree in Sports Performance Analysis, where I learned more about using Excel to explore data and then create interactive dashboards, as well as live coding sports events in Dartfish and NacSport. My interest in data analysis was sparked at University with the Maths and Computing modules including coding tasks and analysis of large datasets. I have always been able to work well under pressure and use my initiative to work independently.
