As a Technical Support Staff in the Center for Technology Equity, I'm required to help students and staff with any of their tech needs as well as teaching them how to better utilize their computer software. We help students with Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, Kaltura, Canvas, Adobe Suite, and many others. I am personally qualified to help students with other apps meant for major classes. Some that I am qualified to teach are Photoshop, Illustrator, Substance Painter, Maya, and some basics for Unreal Engine and Unity. As well some other things we do is semester-long rentals for tech items for students, for things like mice, keyboards, cameras, etc. We also have a vision pro for students to use as well, we use it to teach students the power of virtual reality and how it can be used in a work environment.
