Investigative Case Intelligence Analyst - Ohio National Guard Counter Drug ProgramCriminal intelligence analysis is an essential component of effective policing, at both the operational and strategic levels. Analysts study criminal data to identify possible trends, relationships or connections between different crimes in different places, and use the analysis to support law enforcement activities.I work as a Criminal Analyst for a State Law Enforcement Agency, the Ohio Narcotics Intelligence Center. As a Criminal Analyst I study criminal patterns in an effort to predict the who, what, and when of a crime. I do document analysis and exploitation to gain the highest degree of knowledge on a target to better support my Agency. I conduct all three types of criminal analysis; Tactical, administrative and strategic. I use all authorizedcomputer criminal databases to dig into cases and discover leads to pass along to the agents in my office. I work independently and strive to give my agents the best intelligence they can get before going into the field.Assigned previously to Drug Task Forces in Clermont, Montgomery, and Hamilton County.

Serves as the 371 SUS BDE Assistant Brigade S4 responsible for expertise in the areas of logistics, supply management, food service, FLIPLs, and movement control. Plans, coordinates, monitors, and executes logistical preparation and tracking for all logistics operations in support of the HQ and two battalions.Responsible for the planning and coordination of logistics operation for two battalions consisting of thirteen companies and two detachments. Executed logistical planning for the Multi-national Operation Golden Coyote, Operation Patriot Bandolier, NTC, JRTC, and all other Annual Trainings within the Brigade including training for the CASE and DECON state missions. Assisted with all planning for the SAD missions for three companies supporting the hurricane relief effort. As the BDE FLIPL manger he was responsible for closing 36 FLIPLs worth $84,000. Supported the logistical planning, training, and organization of three FRU units, ensuring they will meet their Equipment and Supply goals.

Responsible for the planning and preparation of troop training events to ensure mission readiness of the Headquarters Company of the 16th Engineer Brigade. Worked closely with other units to accomplish tasks for the Brigade. Primary responsibilities include assisting the commander in establishing and improving the company with systems in garrison and field operations, and to support/care for 100 Soldiers and their families. Responsible for the supervision, maintenance, accountability, and serviceability of all assigned organizational equipment. Direct supervision over the troop's maintenance, supply and training programs. Maintained supervision over equipment valued at $55 million dollars. Principle officer responsible for synchronizing and managing monthly operations, supply transactions, maintenance operations, chemical operations, and weapons assets.

I am responsible for the Maintenance Platoon of the Support Company, 112th Engineer Battalion with an authorized strength of 40 personnel and over $10 million dollars of equipment. Responsible for the health, welfare and morale of personnel assigned to the Support Company Maintenance Platoon. Serves as an adviser to the Battalion S4 (Logistics Officer) on all Battalion maintenance services and planning for the over 100 tracked, construction and wheeled vehicles and support equipment. Provides guidance and direction to the Platoon Sergeant for the planning, organizing, directing, implementing, and control of resources for the accomplishment of established goals, readiness objectives, and wartime mission.

I work with the Brigade Staff of the 16 Engineer Brigade of the Ohio National Guard. As the Special Projects Officer I am assigned a wide variety of tasks to support our current mission and work independently to complete them. I maintain accountability of all tasks given to the Brigade by the State office and track tasks to ensure all projects are completed on time and to regulation. Currently I am handling all tracking for the movement of units traveling for deployments and yearly training to locations all over the globe. I am also tasked with being the Logistics Officer supporting the planning and preparation for the 2016 Republican National Convention as part of Task Force 16.
