I provide business consultant services for contracts, program management, supply chain management, and logistics. I specialize in the contracting field and can assist in preparing winning proposals and bid packages, pricing of proposals, evaluation of bid prices, cost/price analysis, writing statements of work, acquisition strategies, strategic sourcing, market research, developing proper solicitations, contract administration strategies, and contract closeout. In case of contract disputes, I provide advice on possible strategies and remedies. Also, I provide training in contracting subject matter. I have extensive experience in source selections. In addition, I prepare businesses for government audits, such as a Contractor Purchasing System Review (CPSR), by evaluating procedures and processes. After an audit, I respond to audit findings and write corrective action plans. I advise senior executives on business strategies including measuring success in operations. I provide Leadership Development and Talent Management support. And I advise small businesses about doing business with the federal government. June 2015-March 2016: I assisted UES, a Research and Development business in Dayton Ohio, with a CPSR audit by responding to audit findings and writing the corrective action plan. I was later brought on staff as a Sr. Subcontracts Manager for UES to rewrite the Procurement Manual and establish internal audit practices and a compliance plan. I evaluated subcontractors' proposals and negotiated with suppliers. I managed policy, compliance, and training. March - June 2016: I consulted as Project Manager for Cardinal Health in Dublin, Ohio. I managed large IT projects with high complexity. I was responsible for all aspects of cost management, including estimating, funding, budgeting, forecasting, controlling and reporting.
