- Spearheaded the Anti-Submarine Warfare Tactics Training Office development. As project manager, led 18 uniformed and civilian employees during the revision and sustainment of three master level courses.- Orchestrated the indoctrination of the company’s newest managers, led 25 committees and 150 senior leaders during a six-week schedule to include capstone event for 22 newly promoted mid-level managers.- Advanced the development of 18 staff members, both Officers and Senior Enlisted, during delivery of 23 course convenes and a yearly throughput of over 500 graduates.- Selected as peer group non-profit organization president for an association of 80 members. Inspired associates and organized committees to raise in excess of $30K for services and events.- Qualified 30 Master Training Specialists, increasing the quality of instruction of 250 staff members for an annual throughput of 4000 graduates.

Uss Dewey (Ddg-105)

- Led 55 weapon-system analysts and operators during all phases of a training cycle and deployment in support of one ten-month deployment to the Gulf of Aden. Increased retention by 50 percent and qualification rate exponentially for departmental staff.- Managed a team of 12 highly skilled professionals while executing counter-intelligence missions abroad. Conducted three approach and assist operations and executed the boarding of three suspect vessels in support of counter-piracy in the area of operations.- Orchestrated the indoctrination of the company’s newest managers, led 25 committees and 27 senior leaders during a six-week schedule to include capstone event for seven newly promoted mid-level managers.- Trained the trainers and watchmen as Anti-Terrorism Training Officer. Aligned efforts of 35-member security force through certification and anti-terrorism/ force protection requirements for a four-billion-dollar naval warship in the middle-east. Enhanced security and aided the return of a 300 plus person crew safely to homeport San Diego.

Uss Pinckney (Ddg-91)

- Led 55 weapon-system analysts during all phases of the training cycle and deployment in support of one seven-month tour to the Persian Gulf.- Fitness leader. Orchestrated four semi-annual physical fitness evaluations for a crew of over 300 personnel. Conducted more than 75 physical conditioning events which increased morale and reduced administrative separations by 90 percent.- Financial Specialist. One of two trained specialists in the organization. Provided individual and group training, to include pre and post deployment training on budgeting, saving, and retirement planning to a crew of over 300 Sailors.

Naval Absentee Collections And Information Center

- Field Training Officer. Responsible for training 23 personnel in field work related to the extradition of prisoners. Field work was implemented in support of returning Absent Without Leave (AWOL) service members back to Naval custody. Successfully extradited over 100 prisoners with zero incidents. - Senior Operations Coordinator. Coordinated arrests and prisoner movements with state and federal law enforcement agencies throughout the United States. Developed and scheduled logistics for more than 500 missions to pick up AWOL service members.- Lead Investigator. Developed and implemented investigative techniques and policies which reduced the number of Naval deserters from over 1350 down to 750.
