Department manager, supervise a team of senior staff in the planning and development of a business plan for units spread across the province to include a detachment in Yellowknife in the Northwest Territories. • Logistic Liaison Officer (Major), responsible for three different departments (transport, supply, and maintenance) who are responsible to provide logistic support to dependencies spread across Southern Alberta. In charge of maintaining line of communication with higher headquarter while reporting financial report with an estimate budget of three quarter of a million.

• Human Resource Coordinator (Captain), responsible to handle complex file on multitude subject such as, harassment, grievance, Employment Equity Act, military discipline measures and offence to Criminal Code of Canada, Ministerial Inquiries, alternative dispute resolution, complaint resolution, conflict of interest, Significant Incident Report, and many others. Most of this position required a lot of reading, researching and provide recommendation based on policy interpretation.

• Tandem Master & demonstrator (Captain), performing highly dangerous parachute stunts as part of the Canadian Armed Forces Parachute Team during airshow in Canada and the United States.

• Battle Captain, I supervise a squadron of Reconnaissance Troop of 40 soldiers that crews a dozen of vehicles, I am responsible for: o Planning and supervision (project management) of training including field exercises and classroom lectures. I have planned and supervise over 25 field exercises; ensuring soldiers enhanced their skills in communications, navigation, driving, and tactics. o The operational readiness of my troops to respond to emergencies in Canada (ie. Floods). My squadron maintain a 72 hours’ notice to move anywhere, which I ensure through regular inspections of equipment, and rehearsals of deployment drills. o Enforcement of all training health, safety and environmental regulations; o Supervision of maintenance and fleet management of vehicles in the squadron;o Performance appraisal, career development, and human resource management of soldiers in my Squadron.

As the Health and Safety coordinator my tasks were to maintain and monitor the health & safety program for a company with a high hazard environment. Responsible for Worker Compensation Board (WCB) account for the company. Lead safety committee, do monthly inspection, enforce hazard assessment process, improve emergency respond procedure, first aid respondent, damage prevention and many other related tasks.As the Human Resource coordinator, my tasks were to receive and review the application for new employees. Proceed with interview and hire new applicant, provide orientation to new employees, provide guidance to benefits and pay, write performance or written warning and if required proceed to employment termination.
