We also manage connected infrastructure and networkI started the role in the Due Diligence when IKEA acquired the company who managed the wholesale for the IKEA Food Business with the assignment to take over the digital platform and build an digital organization that fit for IKEA and the upcoming planned transformation of the Food Business. The journey started with a transfer of two persons which today has grown to a line organization of 19 persons. During this period we have also outsourced the support, managed global projects to upgrade the INFOR M3 application, establish IKEA main and daughter companies for wholesaling globally, implementing new fulfillment and supply chain models, managing new business requirements due to the business transformation including integrations globally to both suppliers and towards IKEA´s complex main system landscape.In 2023 we also took over the ownership for the Demand Planning solution (Blue Yonder SCPO) from a major program. Before the handover, in parallel with program, we managed a global roll out of a shipment based forecast on replenishment item level to support the business with improved forecast accuracy, improved service levels, reduction of waste and reducing manual forecasting and administration. The scope was to build and develop a generic solutions, based on the home furnishing solution, adapted to the basic Food Business requirements, including adaptation for specific legal and operational requirements for some markets and Roll out in 30 markets and 348 stores.
