New Business - Selling HUMAN's portfolio of Web, Mobile and API Security and Fraud solutions to new clients across the UK & The Nordics.

Tasked with finding, qualifying and developing new business for our organisation whilst leading the International Sales Development within the company.

Work closely with coaching staff to analyse and produce video and data analysis to all members of the football club.

Working with the senior squad I have gained unbelievable knowledge of both the field of strength and conditioning and the football industry. I oversee weekly gym sessions and work closely with the Physio in rehabillitating injured members of the first team. I also look after player nutrition at the training ground and on a day to day basis, aiding with supplement uptake and hydration levels. I believe a key aspect to my role as a coach is educating the players so they can make key decisions for themselves regarding there individual health and fitness.I work closely with the youth team strength and conditioning coaches to ensure our future players are strong enough and educated enough to challenge for first team football when the time is right. My main role within the club is to ensure the players in the first team squad are prepared for a match day. Both mentally and physically.

As head of performance analysis I oversee a small department of interns with the aim of providing the 1st team manager and coaching staff with relevant data and footage of Oxford United and our upcoming opponents. A key aspect of player development is in seeing what you have done well and what you can do better. Many individuals learn best by seeing there mistakes (in both matches & training) and correcting them on the training pitch.
