Lifestyle Joinery Pty Ltd is a professional company specializing in custom Kitchens, Bathrooms, Laundries, Wardrobes, Furniture, Lighting, Appliances & Fittings.Key Duties:• Meet with potential new clients and discuss potential needs, wants & dislikes of the current space. • Develop & document potential plans, specifications, timeframes & budgets. • Draft design concept through 3D computer kitchen software.• Estimate the full project and prepare a presentation ie, A3 plans, specifications, samples of products. • Meet with client on-site and present potential new renovated space. Follow up and sell the job. • Prepare & have HIA (Housing Institute of Australia) contract approved, plans and specifications. • Plan and organize dates &/ or deadlines, sort out any potential issues.• Book in suppliers, materials, contractors, order and schedule of works to be done. • Demolition works including organizing of rubbish waste, disconnecting existing services. • Project supervise and quality control all materials & trades working on-site during the installation. • Communicate all works and any issues during construction work. • Internal reporting using timesheet’s, expense and cashflow budgeting.• Builders clean the space and make good of the area as it was previsouly.• After service maintenance & relationship building. • Marketing through websites, social media, newsletters, blogs & networking.• Meeting with suppliers to see new and upcoming products which are coming to the market. • Attend design shows & Home shows to keep up to date with competitors. • Bookkeeping using QuickBooks for invoicing, data entry, financial reports, Microsoft Word & Excel. • Setting up procedures and simplifying work process methods and other styles. • Identify & target possible future business opportunities.
