I served 12 years in the U.S. Army were I mostly worked in IT, cyber security and tactical communications systems. I held a variety of leadership roles including working in small man teams where I was responsible for everything from deployment, logistics, training and day to day operations. I have 3 combat tours to Afghanistan where I gained experience working with multinational forces and integrating communication systems in adverse conditions. I have experience in training individuals in satellite and radio operations, best cyber security practices, and tactical situation such as CQB and marksmanship. I have experience in testing and implementing experimental radio and cellular devices. After transitioning out of the military I started working for an IT company where I was responsible for setting up new networks and maintaining existing networks. I am familiar with ticketing systems such as remedy and connectwise. I have experience both managing and preforming helpdesk operations
