I am a Branch Manager for Teaching Personnel covering Greater Manchester SEN schools with a focus on Oldham, Rochdale, Tameside and Stockport schools. My own background is within education as a former teacher. My current role entails the recruitment of various staff for SEN schools, inclusive of both Teachers and support staff. Within this role I have gained an in depth knowledge of the expectations and ethos of these schools with a drive to bring on the best people possible to support pupils with SEN of all ages and abilities. of Manchester in every way possible. I have developed my own skills in written communication, oral communication, relationship building and I am continually improving and refining my knowledge to support the schools and LEA’s I work with.
