CurrentDuties:-Analysis of procurement spending in order to identify performance and financial improvements. -Analysis of internal supply contracts and advice to stakeholders on supplier contract negotiations.-Preparation of documents associated with conducting procurement including RFPs and RFIs.-Supervising financial aspects of client-facing procurement service.-Financial and performance analysis of UK IT and facilities departments.-Preparation of UK IT and facilities budgets including analysis and justification.-Management of all financial aspects of a key client outsourcing contract.Achievements include:-Dealt with all financial aspects of a multi-million pound outsourcing agreement, including the balancing of costs and fees owed at its conclusion, all signed-off by the client.-Based on the review of historic accounts payable spend and in-depth consultations with relevant stakeholders prepared bottom-up budgets for UK IT and facilities departments for 2014 amounting to approximately £3.6m and capital budgets of £1.3m.-Supervised the financial aspects of UK IT and facilities departments throughout the year ensuring that consistent P&L reporting was achieved.-Supervised the transition of tasks for the client-facing procurement service from near-shore to offshore.-Led analysis and produced justifying evidence to support in excess of £4mGBP of savings in order to prove substantial fees to be billed to the client.
