Manage eight direct reports and two contractors. Interface with BI, Digital Marketing, EMRs, and other vendors and departments. Together, we have initiated a considerable focus on in-house automation to offload repetitive tasks and focus on core competencies, thus improving current software solutions. We do this through daily stand-ups, using SCRUM and Sprint cycles to take an inspect and adapt approach, and encouraging open and collaborative communication between the teams to remove any silos of information.I joined the Adaugeo team midway through the internal upgrade of their LIS Patient Registration software to version six. Upon joining, I spearheaded this layered project, launching a multi-department collaborative effort that integrates with everything from Billing to Lab testing and resulting, and virtually every department in between.We recently completed an outbound Patient Survey initiative that invites feedback after a visit to one of our clinics, strengthening the relationship between patient and clinic and allowing us to improve at what we do. Using our internal communication engine, ACE, we automated the complex needs of data-driven communication via APIs with Twillio that allows the use of SMS, Voice, and Email campaigns. The ACE project continues to grow and prove itself a valuable investment in the many different facets of our needs.Each week, I author a Significant Happenings presentation illustrating the Software Departments' successes, releases, setbacks, and blockers. This effort connects business departments early on, allows for voicing any concerns or needs, advances the "inspect and adapt" approach with a greater audience and helps manage expectations.We are currently assessing the needs for our next significant project, interfacing with the pathology software XIFIN, where we will need to map, test, and verify data communications via APIs, Ensemble, and in-house custom development.

Oversaw two direct reports and multiple vendors. Gathered user and client requirements, including implementation.Engaged in designing and deploying client automation and generating reports for executives, departments, managers, vendors, and web-based/public/internal clients. Designed and developed internal underwriting, customer service, and tech deployment Windows application using Visual Studio, .NET, SQL, ASP, and .NET Remoting. This solution was a replacement for an existing in-house legacy application. Maintained and supported legacy systems with new features and upgrades. Managed the design and implementation of a residual payment system needed to calculate and report on commission payouts for sales agents and internal staff while assisting PCI compliance specifications. Designed and implemented a data migration plan to move the legacy data into the new Mercury solution. Assisted in network technology implementations and security recommendations and managed the PBX and voicemail services.

Gathered and handled system requirements, software design, estimation, and implementation of different middleware solutions. Offered professional consulting services to firms recommending the technology based on their current and future business trends and dynamics.A successful project example is a custom Online CRM solution that included inventory management, order management, credit card API processing, shipping, and fulfillment, in addition to USPS/UPS API integration. Professional network consulting services, including Active Directory domain implementations, Exchange Server applications and installations, security management, business continuity plans, and best practices for protecting data and disaster recovery. Also provided training on Microsoft Products (primarily MS Office/VBA Automation) to help businesses become better equipped internally.

Managed, prioritized, directed, and delegated a five-person IT team that handled regular activity. My primary role was as a business analyst, reviewing current business operating processes, technology, productivity bottlenecks, and (un)effective software, recommending and implementing solutions.Managed the move from Call Order Manager to Mail Order Manager and the data migration between both systems. Managed 80+ desktop computers, Active Directory, and Exchange Server. Implemented automatic processes for software distribution and Windows Server Updates. Managed a Mitel SX 2000 and its call reporting software, Mitel Networks, leading the project for the direct data/voice communications between the Biddeford, Maine, and Brewer, Maine locations. Worked closely with department heads to design, develop and roll out a company-wide intranet that included custom solutions for the combining of data from multiple locations to provide real-time reporting.

Managed day-to-day operations, including file transfers, reporting, multiple location performance updates, and managing and designing all interactions with the Davox predictive dialing system. Primary efforts involved complicated MS automation with reporting between multiple data sources and endpoints.Project manager and lead for implementing the Davox predictive dialing system, managing numerous vendors, dates, and communications to ensure a proper on-time installation. Attended a week-long Lyricall Davox training for their HTML/JavaScript driven "pop-up" interface on their predictive dialing solution. Worked closely with sales and administrative staff to develop and maintain all Lyricall interfaces required by Flagship.
