With companies driving digitalization, large masses of data available it can be a paralyzing task to distill actionable insights. My hands-on experience leading an operations team paired with my skills to analyze large data sets has allowed me to excel in developing and implementing practical business improvement projects.I was hand-picked to be one of three to pilot the operations center at IOC due to my proven ability to take in large quantities of data, filter through the noise to discover and act on opportunities to improve the productivity of the operation.I leveraged the Smith MBA to develop my ability to quickly integrate and contribute to high performing international teams. Leveraging this experience, I earned a role in the Voestalpine High Mobility Pool where I am completing projects in a number of departments and international locations.As an Operations Supervisor, I quickly garnered respect from both the management and floor employees for my ability to seek feedback and suggestion, address the concerns and provide follow up with the actions taken. Due to this approach, I gained a reputation for being reliable and a change advocate in the operation.
