With over 13 years of work experience in the automotive industry, I am a passionate and skilled quality management professional and project leader. I have a strong expertise in ensuring the car quality is pristine, reporting faults, and rectifying damage on cars. I currently work as a Project Lead Quality at McLaren Group, where I share the company's vision of excellence, innovation, and performance. I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, as I have worked in different roles and companies, such as BMW and mini Oxford Safety Components.In my current role, I am responsible for overseeing the quality management processes and standards for the McLaren cars. I work closely with the engineering, design, and production teams to ensure that the cars meet the highest quality and safety requirements. I also report and resolve any faults or defects that may arise during the testing or delivery stages. Additionally, I use my project management skills to coordinate and lead quality improvement initiatives and projects, involving cross-functional collaboration, budgeting, and risk management.
