I have worked in the manufacturing environment for over 30 years with 25 of those years using the Syteline ERP or now referred to as Infor Cloudsuite Industrial. I am very versed in all versions of Syteline and worked with the software as a client during an implementation in 1996-1999 at a Furniture manufacturer I was Engineering Manager at. This was in the early years of the product when it was called Symix to later be Syteline. I have worked as a consultant on the software since 2000 through various business partners of Infor then later in 2006 as owner of my own consulting company. My work experience has included everything from full scale implementations, project management, system analysis, business audits and basic training. I have used single site and multi site systems, multi currency and have implemented projects in the US, France and Mexico. I have used all versions of Syteline up to the newest versions and most all of the add on products including QCS, Labor Trak, Doc Trak, Insite, Features and Options Configurator and Syteline Trilogy or Buy Design configurator. With my experience being in Engineering, my strength is in the manufacturing and configurator functionality but my experience has allowed me to learn all modules in the system, setup the system for an implementation, write specifications for programmers to code enhancements or reports, and have the experience and knowledge to teach any areas of the system.
