Worked here in a role that is New Zealand's equivalent of an Insurance Assessor. As a member of the body damage team we drove down costs and repair cycle times. We were responsible for implementing a new repair network, new systems and writing SOP's. As a result the amount of vehicles in repair was significantly repaired, which in turn improved revenue.
