As my role as Quotations Coordinator I am involved in the following:1. Monitoring and managing the quotations e-mail inbox by acknowledging contractors bid requests and assigning future projects to various quotes team members. I also use data driven numbers and analytical skills to help Steiner be efficient in the quoting process for Lighting, Switchgear, Power Quality, E.V. Stations, and Miscellaneous Material.2. Analyzing bid requests and permit drawings to communicate with all quotes representatives what is needed to meet contractors expectations and ensure necessary addendums are relayed and implemented in quotes process. Lastly monitor request for quotes to ensure we meet contractors deadline dates and are submitted in a timely manner. 3. Application processing for Com Ed Energy Efficiency Program to help any businesses, warehouses, park districts, schools, or any other businesses save money on their electric bill and gain monetary incentives by upgrading their lighting systems to be energy efficient.4. Prepare Lighting Submittals to Project Managers/Electrical Contractors in order to assure correct products are being purchased for any lighting project.5. Provide Com Ed and Steiner with a monthly report of all instant rebates given in a one month’s period to ensure customers and Steiner receive compensation on all sales orders and added bonuses.6. Complete Lighting Audits for businesses who are upgrading to LED lighting to determine Return on Investments (ROI)

At Burnham Elementary School I have developed and implemented three new Physical Education curriculums, Teach K - 8th grade Physical Education, Coach Soccer and Basketball, and assist students with special needs by conducting interventions.
