I am a highly skilled and qualified finance executive with experience across several industries and areas of financial management. Extensive experience in IPO’s, capital raising for technology start-ups and liquidity events. I have recently finished working on the PEXA Group IPO which completed in Jul-21, which was the largest IPO on the ASX since 2018 (Market Cap at listing over $3.0B). I also played a lead role in the finance team that completed the successful trade sale of PEXA in 2019 (sold for $1.6B Jan-19). I am a result driven individual with a strong work ethic who adopts a hands-on leadership approach.
