I am a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in the hospitality and food industry. Currently serving as the Chief Growth Officer at Al Sultan Sweets International in Dubai, I am passionately driving the global expansion of this iconic brand while preserving its authentic culture. My role involves strategic growth planning, franchise expansion, concept and product development, marketing, and stakeholder engagement.Before joining Al Sultan Sweets International, I was the Head of Franchise and Concepts Development at Dives Holding, where I played a pivotal role in managing and supporting franchise development, branding, and marketing for CZN Burak Brands. I recruited and trained franchisees, ensured brand standards, managed finances, and developed effective marketing strategies.My journey in the food and beverage industry began as a Food and Beverage Specialist at Novotel Hotels in Australia, followed by various management roles at Le Méridien Hotels & Resorts and Al Gosaibi Hotel in Saudi Arabia. I have also played a key role in developing and managing several F&B concepts, some of which have achieved significant success and been offered for franchising.Throughout my career, I have honed my skills in customer service management, retail marketing, retail sales, people management, operations management, branding, marketing strategy, and sales management.
