Working at AECOM's Madrid Design Center as Deputy of Head of MEP Department . My roles include:- Support Head of Department at all levels, improving the MEP Department Design capability and productivity. - Establish Design procedure, selecting best design approach and Design Criteria. - Direct MEP Coordination, Design Management of iconic projects all around the world.- Direct interface with Client and other Stakeholders to translate the Client's Requirements into a succesful design. - Follow-up the design process. - Searching and managing globally the in-house or subcontracted design teams to achieve design goals in terms of technical quality, deadline, cost.- Preparing Technical Request for Proposals (RFPs)- Technical peer review as expert electrical and mechanical engineer.

Working on the project of the largest container terminal in West Africa, built under an EPC contract,as a member of the Project Management Team.I followed up this project from preliminary design, contracting up to execution.Position main duties:Monitoring the Execution and the Quality of the Port-Installations: Mechanical, Electrical, Fire fighting, Plumbing, HVAC, etc. Works Planning. Negotiating with Suppliers and Engineers. Works supervision and reporting.Support of the PM in all the issues concerning the Port Installations. - On site daily basis monitoring of the Works of the Port Installations. - Supervising the compliance to the Client's Basis of Design. - Control and coordination of the Subcontractors. - Support of the Contract Manager in Contract's drafting and in the Analysis of the Installations Tenders. - Progress, Execution Quality and changing orders. Planning Adjustment Control. - Drafting of Technical Informs reflecting the state of the works at any time.- Review and approval of payments- Working in a multicultural team.
