I supervise the daily operations and youth programs for a local start up youth travel baseball organization. I train and mentor 170 players year-round in basic baseball skills, teamwork, and game strategy. I coach seasonal teams and attend all other team’s games for operational support. I provide customer service through online correspondence and phone.

I provided valuable outfield support to promote team wins and participated in daily practice on hitting and swinging skills, as well as, individual and team outfield practice. I mentored younger players on professional sports conduct and teamwork mentality. I am most proud of:- Utilizing strategic planning to complete three semesters of school at full time.

I developed essential teamwork and organizational skills on and off the playing field. I learned the requirements, skills, and preparation needed for sports business and management. I contributed to a team player environment, collaborated with coaches on strategy and performance feedback, and developed mental/physical fortitude to deliver outstanding.
