I supervise the daily operations and youth programs for a local start up youth travel baseball organization. I train and mentor 170 players year-round in basic baseball skills, teamwork, and game strategy. I coach seasonal teams and attend all other team’s games for operational support. I provide customer service through online correspondence and phone calls. I perform business financial encompassing the creation and analyzation of profit/loss reports, reconciling of statements, and processing of payroll. I arrange team season schedules and staff shifts, as well as, develop and update organization’s website for maximum traffic and efficient operations. I am most proud of:- Expanding organization from seven teams encompassing 90 players to 20 teams encompassing 280 players in a four-year span. - Designing and implementing Youth Speed and Agility training program during off season and increasing participation by 230%+ over four years.

I provided valuable outfield support to promote team wins and participated in daily practice on hitting and swinging skills, as well as, individual and team outfield practice. I mentored younger players on professional sports conduct and teamwork mentality. I am most proud of:- Utilizing strategic planning to complete three semesters of school at full time student status while traveling and practicing for games.- Participating in community service with public appearances at hospitals, schools, and retirement homes on behalf of the team.

I developed essential teamwork and organizational skills on and off the playing field. I learned the requirements, skills, and preparation needed for sports business and management. I contributed to a team player environment, collaborated with coaches on strategy and performance feedback, and developed mental/physical fortitude to deliver outstanding performance. I am most proud of:- Winning the 2010 Organization All-Star Award for exceptional game performance and inspiring team contributions- Getting drafted in the 8th round of the 2008 MLB Draft
