It was like trying to reorganize your entire house while still living in it - challenging, but man, was it worth it. It's pretty cool to spot trends we never noticed before. One thing I'm really proud of is our fraud detection system. It's like a high-stakes game of whack-a-mole, catching fraudsters as they pop up with new tricks. We process millions of transactions every minute - it's mind-boggling when you think about it.Oh, and when we launched 'Checkout with Crypto', that was intense. We had to quickly figure out how to handle all this new blockchain data. It's exciting to be part of something so cutting-edge, even if it meant some late nights and a lot of coffee!I've also been working on our customer segmentation stuff for PayPal Credit and 'Pay in 4'. It's fascinating to see how we can use data to understand our customers better. It's not just numbers - it's about real people and how we can serve them better. One of the coolest parts of my job is creating dashboards for our execs to use during earnings calls. It's a bit nerve-wracking knowing they're relying on my work, but it's also pretty awesome.I've learned so much here at PayPal. Every day brings new challenges, whether it's wrapping my head around some new tech or figuring out how to make our systems run smoother. It's not always easy, but it's never boring. Show less
