During my tenure at Artko I have progressed from junior designer and print assistant into a managerial role responsible for the creative design and print both fine art and mass media marketing campaigns.My present role consists of:I am responsible for all aspects of the design and print process at Artko. My job is to retouch and colour match fine art paintings and print. To produce digital/print marketing campaigns for large corporate clients including John Lewis, Marks and Spencer, DFS.Managing a core team of three designers, and a mass production print department producing 300 sq metres of canvas, paper and fabric print per day.The design and development of a bi-annual 200 page glossy product catalogue, encompassing over 300 products, marketing media, compiling design and print schedules for senior management.Managed the redesign of company branding and logo updating brand guidelines and introducing branded materials.I lead a team which is responsible for liaising with large trade corporates such as John Lewis,DFS, Marks and Spencer, The Range, BHS,SCS and Debenhams and smaller boutiqueoutlets. This includes producing and presenting POS displays, and mass media marketingcampaigns.

Whilst at Heartwarmers I was responsible for seasonal product design ranges aimed at the giftware market.I was responsible for the research and development of raw materials, this included regular trips to China sourcing materials and working alongside the production staff at the facility. This culminated in the design and production of new giftware ranges.I managed the licensing agreement in place with Hallmark Cards. This agreement covered the usage of Hallmark graphics within the Heartwarmers product range.I was responsible for designing and managing the construction of the exhibition stands used by Heartwarmers at various exhibition sites. Liasing with customers and discussing the product design procedure were integral to this.
