Stockholm is the fastest growing capital in Europe, as a consequence the public transportation system must expand significantly. I work in the System Management Group as part of the Strategic Development Department. This involves high level system management where my responsibility includes about 40 maintenance depots (my primary focus is the 17+ rail depots). o Participation in the urban planning process, including various types of internal and external collaborationso Strategies including overall long term/lifecycle planning --> Suggest larger depot projects to the (political) leadershipo Analyzes of overall concepts of operations and maintenanceo Participation in steering committees as a strategic advisoro Participation as key stakeholder in procurements of traffic operators and larger maintenance contracts o Organizational development with focus on system management processes, analytical methods and standardizationIn addition I worked within the covid-19 response team where I:o implemented additional reporting from maintenance contractors/operationso aggregated and distribute situational awareness information o coordinated and delegated actions/responsibilities within the company

A need to strengthen system management of individual traffic systems cross-organizational boundaries was identified. Initiatives were taken with the goal to improve system management with a focus on capabilities, system properties, influence of external factors, overall timeline and dependencies, risk, prioritization of investments etc. in a systematic and cross-organizational way.o Responsible for a one year pilot project focusing on system management of the Stockholm subway system where I also had the role of Strategic system lead. This meant leading a cross-organizational system management forum, ownership of a system development plan, develop working methods and processes and also carry out system analyzes based on systems engineering methods. o Evaluation and compilation of results in a system management framework adapted for our organization.o Implementation for all traffic systems and my role as Strategic system lead for the subway system was made permanent (mid 2020).
