Hi, currently working in customer service in EE and have been for the past 6 years. Here I’m tasked with many responsibilities regarding customers accounts, such as billing, orders and faults, annually I manage over £40000 when dealing with the accounts. When it comes to customer service I’m a professional, ranging from the telelphone manner all the way to handling And resolving complaints In a way that still Results in emplementing a good brand image and reputation for the company I work for. This is a skill that I have perfected for over past decade. Im very confident in my abilities and skills, and this role suits me and allows to practice and perfect them to take me to the next level of my career when ready. I have also completed 2 years at college and have achieved my level 2 diploma in plumbing and heating. Im driven, determined and always ready to create new targets and goals for myself and aim to excell them. Coming from a sales/customer service background, aswell as learning a trade, i feel i have the key skills such as meeting deadlines in a fast paced enviroment, being calm and collective under pressure and the drive to complete the tasks at hand to an excellent standard to maintain and increase the company image.
