Through the combined application of these three principles, the firm works to deliver sustainable investment solutions for the individual and institutional investors it serves.As a client Service Manager I look after all operational aspects of our Benelux and UK institutional clients investments within the MFS range of equity and fixed income strategies, including account set up and transition, regular reporting and any required account amendments to ensure the highest level of client service is constantly delivered.

During my 12 years with with JPMAM I worked with both retail and institutional clients invested in equity, fixed income and liquidity strategies in both retail based OEIC and SICAV funds, Investment Trusts and separate accounts. In my last role as a Client Account Manager within Institutional Client Services I looked after all aspects of the operational requirements of pension, sub-advised and corporate clients including IMA negotiations, account set up, cash flows and account amendments.
