After entering the role during implementation of EnterWorks Product Information Management system, I took on specialist management of the administration functions relating to product hierarchies and taxonomies. I also became embedded in several key projects to test integrations, populate and enrich product data, and train business users on the key elements of the new system. Most notable of these projects was the implementation of the ETIM technical classification framework as the PIM's core taxonomy, wherein I was responsible for configuring and adjusting the structure of the framework to better account for the unique requirements of the Australia/New Zealand electro-technical market.I am now responsible for routine maintenance of the system, and am involved in multiple longstanding projects to improve and document processes, develop and expand the PIM's core functionality and business reach, and enhance both product data and metadata for a better digital customer experience.

I was responsible for managing master product data in the core SAP system, including overseeing interfaces between disparate systems, developing and deploying quality assurance validation checks, and engaging with systems engineers to ensure smooth deployment of upgrades and server moves.For 7 years, I was also been responsible for managing the anti-piracy efforts of OUP's Academic division, involving the following: serving takedown notices; responding to requests and queries from within the business and developing business intelligence reports for circulation among senior leadership teams; liaising with authors, external enforcement and piracy intelligence providers, and industry bodies such as the UK Publishers Association.
