In this role, I am responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of Aggreko's equipment by providing technical support to both customers and internal staff.Key responsibilities:Monitoring and maintaining refueling schedules, promptly responding to fuel alarms to minimize downtime.Working rotating shifts to support business operations from Monday to Friday, 7 am to 7 pmUtilizing the Aggreko Remote Monitoring (ARM) system to remotely monitor fuel tanks and generators.Developing and maintaining fuel monitoring and response guides/processes based on alarm data trends and feedback from field operations.Participating in regular interdepartmental meetings to discuss ongoing trends and improve processesProviding technical support to local technicians via phone to troubleshoot and resolve field connectivity issues.Ensuring compliance with safety requirements and actively promoting safe work practices.

In this role, I excel in time management, communication, and organization. I ensure drivers depart on schedule, coordinate with the warehouse to match product availability with orders, and confirm schedules with drivers. Quality control is a priority as I monitor product temperatures and verify invoices against routes. Additionally, I proficiently manage shuttle route scheduling.
