As the Client Service Manager for Youth Services, I am responsible for leading and managing a multi-functional service cluster to deliver quality services to clients in accordance with the strategic direction, purpose and values of YFS. The position is responsible for the overall planning; development of strategic partnerships; and reporting for all service contracts delivered through the service cluster. A key aspect of the role is the mentoring of Program Managers and staff while working closely with the YFS corporate team to plan professional development and learning opportunities for YFS staff. Our Youth Services at YFS support young people in the areas of case management, harm minimization, transition from care, youth justice, DFV prevention, housing, education, and training.
