Functional Analyst
CurrentI am accountable for providing our development team with the resources necessary to ensure an effective development cadence is met in client projects. This involves creating and maintaining client relationships to capture development requirements and translating those requirements from ideas into actionable items. In this effort I also maintain and add capability to our Atlassian ticketing system responsible for handling all development tasks. I am responsible for the functionality of this system across three projects and I work simultaneously across these projects to ensure a smooth environment for our teams to work in.I joined Boston Harbor Consulting full time during one of the largest projects undertaken in the history of the company. The project team I was assigned to was under strain at the time and finding difficulty managing the workflow of the developers and tracking the requirements from the customer. It was at this time that I undertook the task with my project manager of developing new system processes which increased overall increased the productivity of the team and reduced client frustrations. My success in this endeavor led me to working in my current role which is to implement these same processes on our largest project which involves working in close proximity with the company head management, CTO, and CEO.
