Oversaw food and beverage for the restaurants and bars at this beautiful resort. Involved in all aspects of operations for the outlets which ranged from casual to fine dining including a beach front pool with food and beverage options. I was hands on in the daily operations as well as responsible for all financial, budgeting, maintenance, purchasing and training aspects of the position.

As Assistant Director of F & B at the Hard Rock, I oversaw multiple restaurants and bars ranging from fast casual, Asian specialty to fine dining. This included a strong emphasis on the guests and exceeding their wants and needs as well as driving positive engagement from our team members to better achieve service excellence. Focus was always placed on cleanliness, team building, guest relations, menu development and attention to detail. Overall, a fantastic operation with a dynamic team.
