Ensured all personnel were trained and in compliance with state and federal environmental laws for hazardous waste disposal. Successfully led 9 teams with 3 different career fields during a fleetwide F-15C/D grounding inspection. The evaluation was completed in less than 60 hours, ensuring the Wing was the first mission capable in the Combat Air Force. Performed 16 depot-level repairs that negated the need for a field repair team and saved $760K. Directed 6 fiberglass speedbrake repairs restoring the structural integrity and saved $640K in replacement costs. Mechanically polished 3 canopy transparencies saving $480K. Performed aluminum honeycomb core bonded repairs on 2 horizontal stabilators saving $340K. Accelerated the completion of an F-15 fighter link communication modification a full 12 months early providing unprecedented control during Operation IRAQI FREEDOM.
